Pregnancy & Rogaine (Rogaine, Minoxidil)
Hey there, i have been using rogaine for many years and it works very well for me. I've been using 5% recently but now want to have a baby (although that can take a while, who knows). The point is, i starting 2% rogaine today and i'm dreading the shed that will come with this huge decrease. but i'm doing it because it will be a lower dose until i find out i'm pregant. that way the first few weeks the baby would be exposed to such a low dose, my gyno & the derm dont' think it' would even be an issue. has anyone else out there had dilemas with pregancy & rogaine? Rogaine has a Category "C" for pregant women which means: "probably safe" for pregant women. Category A is: Definitly Safe & "B" is "very safe". I just hate that i'll have a baby & a bald head, but there are no choices right?? cheryl
