I would strongly suggest you check out www.stopthethyroidmadness.com. I'm hypo but not hashis and I think I've read on there that if you have antibodies you can't really go by labs anymore and you need to dose by symptoms. You definitely do need thyroid meds if you have antibodies. Your thyroid is under attack and it will only get worse with time and you will have more and more symptoms. Go to STTM and post your labs on the "general thyroid" forum and the moderator there will help you.
