THE ARTICLE TALKS ABOUT:
  • A study was conducted for a period of 8 to 14 years to evaluate the periodicity in hair growth and shedding.
  • The research indicates the "existence of overall annual periodicity" and shedding tends to peak at the end of the summer and early fall.
  • Also, the research shows that climatic conditions, eg: sunshine hours, have some effect on the shedding of hair as well.
