	Hello Craig, DIRECT: With the DHI technique we extract each hair follicle one by one from the donor area and then implanted directly. With no holes or slits prior to implantation. SEMI DIRECT: In some cases the hair follicles are placed immediately after extraction that is Protocol A and in some cases there is a delay in placement after extraction, Protocol B. What does shilling mean please? I am not aware with this phrase? Any way I have been having problems posting my story. I Am trying to post the story in full but it keeps saying error, i will try again and may have to post in separate posts to fit it in. Here is my story, the same as what I have posted on my profile on the above website. Hi my name is stephen, my mates call me Olly. Im a very carefree person and live life to the full. Im 29 years old and from the city of Leeds in the United Kingdom. I never really noticed hair loss as i have shaved head anyway and with my carefree attitude never really took notice. However when I hit 27, I started to notice my hairline going back, and the more I looked at it the more it became an issue. Every time I looked in the mirror I could see it and took endless pics on my phone and it really did affect my confidence greatly. I decided I had to do something about it and started to research hair transplants online, I came across all the teqniques and knew I wanted to get it done, I just had too it would be the only way to get my confidence back. I found a company called DHI global online. Sent a few pictures in and had an online consultation to see what the cost would be. After a month I received a phone call from the clinic in Athens. The consultant spoke with me and explained I had been selected to take part in the 3 day DHI global Masters meeting In the DHI Athens clinic. I was very reluctant to believe what he was saying as I have never been lucky and won anything in my life. But he was very nice and explained I could have a mega session procedure done for FREE!! again my natural reactions were to think this cant be true and I didn't get my hopes up too much, I asked the consultant to send me what he was saying in writing and I would digest later on. A few weeks past and I researched DHI and found they were a global company and had done many Hair transplants and made a huge amount of people happy. I knew I had to take this opportunity, so I booked my flights and Hotel for the 30 of May 2012 and started to count down the days. As the date approached my Partner was concerned it may be but I knew from talking with the consultant Piet Lambrect on many occasions this was a genuine offer from a very successful worldwide company. When it got round to the date I was very nervous but excited at the same time. I jumped on the plane and headed to Greece. On arrival I stayed at the beautiful beach Hotel 10 mins from the clinic, I relaxed the next day I would have my procedure. I arrived at the clinic and was very impressed by the beautiful interior and how welcoming the staff were I felt so relaxed. I had an initial consultation and the surgeon sugested what I needed to have to get the most natural results and I agreed with everything she said. They would fill in my temples and add a few into my crown. I am very happy with the results and im so grateful to the DHI global company, they were amazing in every way, and I would recommend to anyone, Please look at my pictures, Im now 2 weeks after the procedure and im going to take pictures for the next 12 months.
