Which Doctor at HASCI to "Gho" to (Hair Stem Cells Transplantation)
|
I spoke with the receptionist today at HASCI, and she told me that Dr. Gho doesn't do many surgeries anymore. Who should I be booking a procedure with? Should I hold out for Gho, or are any of the other Dr.'s there good? I'll be going for hairline work, so this can't be done by an amateur.

I think all doctors who work there should be qualified and gho won't just have bad doctors work there.
However, you still can go with gho. You can tell them you wanna do it with gho and they will provide you with dates (might be early next year) and you can tell them to add you to waiting list and they will let you if gho has availability earlier.
That's what i did, and my op will be with gho.

80% of my grafts were inserted by one of the technicians and the remaining grafts were placed in/near my hair line by Gho. I got the impression nobody else was aloud to do it.
Make of that what you will.

Yeah, actually even when irequested to have my op with dr. Gho, i was told that it will be performed by Dr. gho AND his collegies. So i knew that dr. Gho won't be doing the op by himself.
I think regardless any doctor you would go for, the technicians will do most of the job and the doctor will draw the hairline and place the grafts in the critical areas only.

Who makes the slits in the recipient area GC?

GC,
Who made the slits in your recipient area before the grafts were placed? Usually how its done in other clinics, is the Dr. makes all the slits, then the techs place the grafts. Is that how HASCI does it?

No, the slits are made at the same time as the hairs are inserted, well a few seconds before. From what I can gather they probably make say, 10 slits at a time and then insert 10 grafts and so on. I obviously couldn't see, but after having two procedures it felt like this is how they do it.
The first procedure was a lady called Marleen she did the slits and placed the grafts as described above, and she rotated this with a guy called Rolf. Both are technicians and both very good.
The second time I had a technician called Stephanie, again the procedure was done the same way and rotated with Marleen.
Gho is always in and out the room and keeping an eye on things and helping on hairlines when necessary.

I thought that they used the Hair Stem Cell INJECTION (HSI) method in your case - injection of HST grafts with syringes?
Furthermore, I'm not aware that they make "slits" at all. Normmally, they make tiny holes with the same diameter as used for extraction of the grafts.

Iron Man if I'm honest I'm a bit confused and have been for a while regarding which procedure they are using on me. I was told HSI for the 1st procedure, as for the 2nd I'm not sure, but on the 2nd I paid slightly closer attention as I felt more comfortable.
I can only go by what it feels like, next time I will have to insist on being allowed to watch with the mirror. But it just felt like they were making really small holes and using tweezers or something similar to insert the grafts. I suppose its plausible that tweezers are used to take the grafts out of the petri-dish and placed into some other graft inserting device? I need to watch some of the HASCI videos again!
I don't think it matters too much anyway.
And your right, I was being loose with my words, they don't make slits, the holes do appear to be microscopic, so like you said the same size as the donor extraction tool.

Who the fuk cares what HST procedure he got? He got donor regrowth and one procedure away from looking normal!!
Gc hash just ignore these guys. It's over, their days of butchering people is coming to an end and they know it. They can't sleep at night, they have nightmares about Gho.
Just look at bverott jotronic woods and other paid shills making themselves look like asses from YouTube videos to stories and tricks and photos, etc.
I warned you all if you remember they would go bananas in the summer and they are going ape sh1t .
Their days are coming to an end, ignore the fags and just help the bald make the right decisions.

Jes ...
Everyone who says something critical is always paid ... That's redicolous. You are such great conspiracy theorists : D
The best documented case we know till today is from a forum... Seriously ? I'm open to be convinced and think a lot points that ghos approache could be the game changer people have been waiting for. But I just wished Gho would invest a bit more energy in shining light on his procedure and erasing open questions. Backed up with scientific hard numbers. A study with a few hundred patients would be a great start. Also what about the diameter of the (re-)growing hairs. Where are the true limitations in terms of repeating this procedure? I don't think it's to much to ask for, he sure claims to have enough people treated since he started working with this procedure over the last years.
Instead, people post pictures of the bananas left in their fruit basket. Don't you dare question that !!!! Yea Right ... that really erased the questions. Some peoples live must be boring.
But oh well, what am I doing here anyway ? It's like telling al kaida Mohamed is dead.
I hope Cole or Gho himself will bring something new to the table soon.
