This reader (case1248) contacted me about a year ago for an online consultation with some of the doctors. He decided to proceed with a clinic in Europe, 2574 grafts, strip.

Below are his BEFORE and AFTER pictures. We suspect possible shock loss for the lack of growth.

This patient complained about excessive use of anesthetics during the procedure. According to him, his scalp felt numb for days after the surgery.

If it's hard to assess growth, it would be easier to compair the before and after hairline, my hairline suposed to be reconstructed in this procedure!!!! I coudn't see any lines

First off, and I hope you dont mad but why did you have a HT to begin with, you did not look bad, what were your expectations? Secondly, how long where you doing the research before you came to decide this dr? Who else did you have in mind? What made you decide this dr? Just plainly cost and proximity?
What has the dr. told you to explain your result? What was the cost?

Ok I looked good, mmmmm not sure perhaps comperable to others I don't know how bald are you but i hate to be thining, i had good looking before but not any more.
I've tried medications, over a decade battling with, minoxidile worked only.
-This doctor was in my budget(1FU for 1USD) and was really responsive and have good website, contacted him and phoned him many times, and decided in 2 or 3 months,,,
I've contacted Dr.Arvind in India but this doc hasn't shown sufficient attention, not replied many emails of mine.

I think you look good any way whether regrowth or not. Like many others on this site, I had strip surgery whose result was poor. I think you should exhaust all the possibilities of topicals and so on. You do not seem to know whether theproblem is only lack of regrowth and/or additional loss. I personally have more hair now than i had after my strip procedures. If you're a good responder to minox, try 12.5 or 15% minox as I did. Are you so sure you do not respond to DHT inhibitors like finasteride? If the systemic route frightens you, try revivogen for instance. i'll soon make a report of my own and good esperience with this stuff. And so on... You should concentrate on determining what products you can respond to. Add only one at a time for a three month period minimum (The hair you've lost in the past year can potentially be recovered over a period of 3 years).

I've tried Fempecia (indian product) for 6 months without any noticeable result.

	Hi Verlieber, First off, and I hope you dont mad but why did you have a HT to begin with, you did not look bad, what were your expectations? Secondly, how long where you doing the research before you came to decide this dr? Who else did you have in mind? What made you decide this dr? Just plainly cost and proximity? What has the dr. told you to explain your result? What was the cost? Thanks Boris, Ok I looked good, mmmmm not sure perhaps comperable to others I don't know how bald are you but i hate to be thining, i had good looking before but not any more. 	I think you look good any way whether regrowth or not. Like many others on this site, I had strip surgery whose result was poor. I think you should exhaust all the possibilities of topicals and so on. You do not seem to know whether theproblem is only lack of regrowth and/or additional loss. I personally have more hair now than i had after my strip procedures. If you're a good responder to minox, try 12.5 or 15% minox as I did. Are you so sure you do not respond to DHT inhibitors like finasteride? If the systemic route frightens you, try revivogen for instance. i'll soon make a report of my own and good esperience with this stuff. And so on... You should concentrate on determining what products you can respond to. Add only one at a time for a three month period minimum (The hair you've lost in the past year can potentially be recovered over a period of 3 years). brm is located in [NA] and he is available to meet: NO
