0,7 mm punches where used and lateral slit technique for implanting.

Thank for the comment, please remember it is only 1800 grafts you are looking at. However it is understandable these days, when giga sessions of 4000 + sessions pics are being presented that the level of expectancy is higher.

The patients is going to return for more work.

I know you cant control your patients hairstyles Bverotti but if you want to show results from your clinic then it would be a good idea not to hide those results under a combover.
You should at least be able to control the patients hairdo while you are taking his pictures.
The before and the after picture could easily be taken the same day with the same amount of hair - just different styling.

i cant comment on the result cause I cant see it.
I have made the same comment on other pics you have submitted as well for the same reason.

No problem,
We try our best to get good quality pics. No flashlight is used and a 1000 W bright light is pointed at the patient. Furthermore we provided the money shot in this case, something most clinics 'forget'.

I believe he now has a choice to comb his hair in any style he wants, even if he likes a comb over. In fact if you look at his before pics, he could not even produce a descent comb over with the amount he had left.

Another point is that you are looking at 1800 grafts, not 3000 or 4000. This seems to be forgotten quite easily.

Maybe the problem is that he needed 3000 grafts and not 1800 and so it is being compared. Any reason why he did not have more in the first place?
