Newsflash back at ya- I agree he looks better than a lot of guys with shaved heads. But at the same time he won't be getting all the jobs that Brad Pitt or Tom Cruise will be getting thrown at them either. How many more Die Hard sequels can you make? Matt Lauer on the other hand is different. He looks like crap with the balding look. I'm just wondering just how long he'll last as NBC's ratings start to decline.

Hair is not that important, look at Al Roquer, Look at Harry Smith, the anchor for CBS for many years, Charles Kuralt, Lots of baldies, If you have the personality and charisma, you are gold

Do you relate to young handsome guys with thick hair, I sure dont, Most guys are thinning somewhat, I guess maybe the ladies liked Matt better with more hair but hey, its life
