Dear Arun,
Thanks for your kind words. The crown was not covered at complete density in the first round of transplant. This is a work in progress.

Dear Marco,
I shall address this issue at a future date if I know what it is that the readers do not know.
Maybe you can start a thread summarizing what you know. I, and other doctors, can add what, if anything, is left out.

Dear Carrot,
The key to minimising shockloss is to trim the pre existing hair short in the recipient area, and thereafter, to make the recipient slits parallel to the direction of the hair follicle.
Apart from that the anti inflammatory protocol used with the anesthetic helps too.
I am thankful to Randy99 for taking out time and making effort to organize the blog documenting his HT progress.

Marco, look no further. HDC used to post FUE results. Well, not anymore. Everything I see from HDC lately is strip. Ask yourself when was the last time they posted FUE results?

Unlike other clinics, our patient base is scattered all over the world. Europe, Americas, Australia, Africa and Asia.
We post the updates of the patients who take time to share their results. But, we never pester them.
You will find lots of patients of all types of races as well as procedures.
There is no change in our policy.
We educate the patient in all respects of both the methods and let them make their own choice.
"A hair transplant is supposed to fit in a Life. A life is not supposed to be planned around the hair transplant. "
Not my words. Dr. A's. But they sum up the things pretty much.

First, I commend you for posting photos in strong lighting. You are rare in that you make no attempt to camouflage the results and truly attempt to show the way the hair really turned out. More docs should provide strong lighting at the edge of the hairline so patients can realize the true density and quality of the HT. The lack of density in this result could and would easily be covered up by many other docs by simply changing the focal point of the eye by playing with the lighting in the photo.
The work is good, but IMO could be improved somewhat if you went for a more naturally receded adult hairline and provided a little bit of extra density at the edge using the grafts saved.
I'm not a HT doc though, so I could be wrong.

Well there are a lot more photos of megasession strips so maybe they feel more comfortable with what they will get in the end result.
