Yes, I don't understand why Dr. A performs so much strip work and not scalp fuse / fue. He sais it's patient choice but I don't understand why so many of his patients choose strip / FUHT. It can't just be cost because some of them travel a long way to get to him. He does seem to specialise more in BHT than scalp fuse.

Another interesting aspect of the crown work that is not visible at this early stage is that the aim has been to narrow the dimensions of the crown instead of totally banishing it. That was due to the limited graft availability.
Therefore, more 2 and 3 hair grafts were used towards the edges and the front of the crown. The centre and the back has mostly singles, which will lead to a lower density in that region.
A reverse of it would not have looked natural.

I am glad to see another person doing strip rather than fue. I still think strip gives much better yield, more bang for the buck. Keep us posted, I would love to see how it turns out for you.
