I wouldn't be shocked if he did get a HT. Looks like more hair that I remember him having, and the temple points do seem a tiny bit lacking compared to the top/front as it stands in that shot.

He's in a pretty good place to get a HT if he really did. He's way old enough to know what's gonna happen in the future now. And he could basically go back to near NW#2 territory without his appearance ever REALLY seeming to change in the eyes of the disinterested public.
