Thread Sequence - "last answered" goes to the top (Admin Issues)

Just want to let everyone know that I changed the default for the forum.

In the past, THREAD SEQUENCE was based on the date of the thread, ie: the most recent thread goes to the top of the forum and the oldest threads are pushed to the bottom of the page.

Now the "LAST ANSWERED" thread will go to the top of the page.

More changes or enhancements coming...
