2 Years and still loosing it! Please Help! (All Natural, Supplements & Diet) |
I have been on saw palmetto since 22 on and off but 2 years ago I found this site and have basically been on hangings regimen which has helped slow down my hair lose but hasn't stop the slow micronizing of my hair line. I had tried a tube of the Nazoral cream and ran out a month ago so I ordered more. that stuff seemed to really work. I also do rogain foam moring and night for a year which also helped. I even take Ester E and Borage Oil.
What else can I do thats been proven to work. Thanks guys!

Yup those did help I have been taking both size 2 years ago. The only thing I dont like is that it makes you feel nauseous at times after taking them for long periods like I have.

It would be much cheaper for you to go down to your local drug store and purchase a generic men's prostate formula (if blocking DHT is your primary objective), rather than buying all of his (Hangin's) recommended supplements separately.
But now that I think of it, Shen Min's Advanced Formula for Men or Advecia would be better for you (than Hangin's regimen). A lot better.

old fat people depends on how fat, you dont see many 80 year old 350+ lb people around
old smokers, depends on what you mean by old.......................
smoking and being fat cuts about 7 to 10 yrs off your life.........
there are exceptions to every rule , you will see 100 yr old guys who drink and smoke but in general, the ones who live to a ripe old age dont abuse their body

Who says that YOU know what "sufficient" is? And as to whether or not something is standardized: READ THE LABEL  . I mean, you act like YOU decided the amounts necessary to "block" DHT.
Again, I would recommend Advanced Shen Min for Men or Advecia, rather than your little recipe.
Taking all of those supplements day in and day out, can't be healthy IMHO. Get vitamins and minerals from your diet, and stop popping all of those pills.

shen min maybe, advanced prostate forumula would not be sufficient
if you are against popping pills why recommend shen min?

I have been taking MSM liquid and it does make your hair grow fast as does the oils. I just wished they stopped the micronizing of the hairs. I also take horsetail makes your hair shiny and a little silky. I stop taking it for a few weeks because it started giving me headaches after long term use.
You know after all the time I have a but into this and reading on here and everything. I must say that genetics is to strong. I may slow it down but if my hair line is going to change it seems like there is nothing I can do about it to stop that. From what I can see the only thing we can do is make the weak haris stronger and thinker but if you gene want a hair to shrink untill they are gone in that area then I guess you cant stop it.

I wish it was that easy. After first using dut for a few month's those sides were bad man! Wow that DHT play a vital and important part in the body and I found out after taking the drugs. Its not the DHTs fault its our genes. Stoping DHT does the body harm from what I can tell so far. I also tried proscar and had the same sides. Drugs just arent the real solution in my opinion.

my genetics is as strong as anyones, My dad was starting to thin at about 20 and by 26 or 28 was pretty much bald on top
i was able to hold mine back first with vits and mins but they stopped being effective and i lost my crown by age 35, but when i added my regimen of dht blockers they have stabilized mine in the last ten years and the front actually looks pretty good on top
my crown is gone though
your genetics appear to have targeted your front, but hey at least something works in some manner

Yes I must say that without a doubt it did help!! Im glad I came here a read things and started your routine 2 years ago. I noticed you don't take the rogain foam. I really think you should. No sides at all!!! You don't even know its there and it does help without a doubt. Use it on the whole top of your head libarly. Costco has great prices on the foam. Can't wait to get my tubs of nazirol back, that also helped. I was only using 1 tube which lasted for 2 months using it in the very front and hairs were starting to thinking a bit. I will use it for 6 months and then see what happens. If I can get more hair growing I will post pics after I know I really helped me.

Were your sides mostly sexual? I took Propecia two years and I had bad side effects so I dropped it. I am now contemplating on taking DUT, but if I had sides before, would I most likely get them again?
I definetely don't want the sides, but with hangin regimen's my hair loss had decreased, but I still loose some hair everyday and I'm only 26!! Not much regrowth either I think.
also you may try the lasercomb, I've been using it and at least if feels like your scalp "wakes up" after you use it...

maintaining what you have is good, and not near as easy as a lot of guys think
did u try niz cream yet

Yes with dut its the same "SHIT". I didn't stop due to the sexual sides but I did notice something wrong with it though and so did a friend of mine who was using dut for over 1 year. I started getting a dry skin issue and felt weird over all. DHT play a roll in the body thats important.

Wow I never had that happen?? Maybe for a short time it looked thin but I swear man it start to thickin dieing hair that much I can say. You should also start rogain and use it for a years to see things happen.
