No offense but he does not seem to do much but scour the net and post websites and studies. which is what jacob does

His personal knowledge seems to be limited or severely lacking. But he posts like 10 new threads a day on each board

I haven't been doing much of that lately...but it is one thing this place is all about. Asking and responding to the same questions etc about a regimen or ? .....there's no no info in that.
