The Indian Gooseberry or Amla is used in many hair tonics.
It is said that amla enriches hair growth and hair pigmentation.
When I went through the literature, I found that amla contains high amount of Vitamin C and also tannins, polyphenols, flavonoids, kaempferol, ellagic acid and gallic acid.
