I'm not sure about peanut butter and walnuts as these tend to give me oily skin. and that pretty much translates to DHT.

healthy diet is important, though in my opinion it's more about healthy intestines and lowering your expectations rather then thinking well this food will give me back nw1

all in all he's here just to promote his scam book

having survived and severely slowed down my MPB for 20 yrs with just vitamins and minerals alone, I can testify that they make a huge difference in hair health

regrowth not necessarily, but more so in the first few years, but if you are not on a super hair vitamin , you would be surprised what it can do for your hair, i would never stop taking mine

but, it is difficult to get the nutrition you need for thinning hair, in your diet

Biotin for example, I take 2000mcg per day, try getting that in your diet
very difficult

You should add some books to your diet. You're severely deprived of an education.

The world's full of burger eating, body-building, masturbating, chain-smoking drunks with full heads of hair. Maybe regimens work for SOME people, or maybe you're just balding slowly, and maybe just maybe your little regimen is a farce.

before and after pics..............................lets see some of yours? anyone who demands pics but yet wont post any.........doesnt have the balls to post any.....................has no credibility

as for my regimen, search the natural archives for personal testiminials of guys who are using it and it has helped them

i can say anything i want, means nothing
what counts is guys trying the regimen and reporting back

if you know how to use the search function, try it
if not i will teach you. i know you are a bit slow

as for your assertion that there are millions of chain smoking bad diet guys with thick hair in the world , very true

they do not have genetic MPB either so that statement is irrelevant

I can find you millions of people who do not have to take insulin every day either.....................so then why do diabetics have to take it? Because they have diabetes .

So your statement would be akin to someone saying, hey why do diabetics have to take insulin , i can find you millions of healthy people walking the earth that do just fine without taking insulin............Yes thats true, but they dont have diabetes so that is comparing apples and oranges

same with saying you can find millions of guys eating bad diets who do not have to take supplements or watch their diets and they have great hair..........they dont have MPB so the same rules dont apply to them

educate yourself moron

i could not care less if people try my regimen.........................if you are on ANY REGIMEN that helps you, good for you..........................
if guys cant find anything that stops their baldness at least even maintain what they have.....................sometimes they try mine..................sometimes it works, sometimes it does not

you are not making claims . wisely, because you have nothing to make claims about............you have no regimen

my signature simply lists my regimen, learn to read

it makes no claims of a guarantee

if you think ANY regimen works on everyone, you need to, as I said before
educate yourself

no regimen or product is a cure for hair loss, if there was, it would be a miracle, that company would be billionaires................

there is no cure for baldness, there is no cure for hair loss

if you are lucky, you can either slow yours down, or stop it in its tracks, then if you are really lucky you find a regimen that can get you regrowth

then if you are super lucky your regimen stops your baldness and it does not get worse. This is extremely difficult to find

i would say the success rate for my regimen is maybe 50 percent, half get successs half see ZERO results, some guys have no response to natural dht blockers, why is a mystery

learn a little bit about hair loss

perhaps if you were not so closed minded, you would be able to stop your balding............natural remedies are not the cure all but they do have a big benefit to a lot of guys. But not to those who refuse to even consider the possibility

Side effects from Hangin's Regimen

From a post by "perry:"

"Maybe I spelled it wrong. Limbido/libido...whatever. I've seen it spelled both ways.

No I am serious. I'm not the only one who had negative side effects on DHT blockers either. I started taking supplements like pygeum, nettle, beta sisterol, saw palmetto. I tried low doses and I tried lower doses. I omitted beta sis. I still had side effects. I tried them for up to a month, until I could take the fatigue anymore. I tried eating natural souces of DHT blockers like peanuts. Eventually I had the same side effects. DHT blockers just don't work well with my body. I'm sensitive to powerful supplements so I'm not blaming it all on DHT blockers. If they work well for other people, great, but they're not something I care to use internally."

From a post by "orrible:"

"I followed hangins regime after spending time on this forum in early 2005 and reading how naturals didnt give you side effects etc. I took beta sisterol, saw palmetoo & green tea extract in combination. After only 2 weeks i had developed gyne. I stopped the hairloss tabs and took anti estrogens but it didnt resolve. In the end i had surgery. I just thought i would post as i havent visited this forum in awhile and i would have appreciated learning about this before my disaster with naturals.

My link is below. If anybody takes the time to read through it you may see me refered to as stonecold. That was my old username on that forum, but i modified it to orrible to correspond with my hairloss forum username.

http://www.gynecomastia.org/smf/index.php/topic,3770.0.html"

There are those at regrowth.com that had an experience similar to Perry's, including lost of short-term memory. And one of the most respected posters at that forum, ImmortalHair, dropped beta sitosterol from his regimen.

i remember one guy with gyno
people have different reactions to a lot of things

beta sis is the most powerful of the dht blockers it is 3000 times more powerful than saw palmetto
;

like i said some people have no reaction to the regimen some people like it, a very small few have side effects

but u seem to be sensitive to supplments in general which is a shame because
if this were not the case u might have gotten some decent results

however just from my observations

the numbers percentage wise, with noticeable side effects naturals is WAY WAY LOWER than propecia, DUT, Rogaine, etc etc etc

you will never find any regimen where NOBODY EVER HAS a bad reaction to it

Side effects from Hangin's Regimen

» i remember one guy with gyno

One guy is one too many!

» people have different reactions to a lot of things

True.

» beta sis is the most powerful of the dht blockers it is 3000 times more
» powerful than saw palmetto

True. Nice cut and paste.

» like i said some people have no reaction to the regimen some people like
» it, a very small few have side effects

There could be others out there that are too scared and/or embarrassed to come forward. Pumping all of those DHT blockers in your body cannot be very healthy. And what's more, it will not prevent you from losing your hair: You have not regrown hair on your temples, and were unable to fill in your crown with DHT blockers. That is why you crossed over to the "unnaturals" (i.e. Nizoral).

» but u seem to be sensitive to supplements in general which is a shame
» because
» if this were not the case u might have gotten some decent results

I have never had any problems getting results. For example, Shen Min for Men contains some mild DHT blockers, which I used successfully for a year or two. My problem has been that the supplements lose their effectiveness over time.

» the numbers percentage wise, with noticeable side effects naturals is WAY
» WAY LOWER than propecia, DUT, Rogaine, etc etc etc

I don't know about that. When I look at how much of an effort that you are putting into "inhibiting DHT," I cringe. Yours has got to be one of the unhealthiest regimens at Hairsite. And I do not see any of the veterans following you down the path of erectile dysfunction and/or gynecomastia.

I dont mind something with no side effects if it regrows hair, which it did, after the shed regrew It looks much better than prior to starting it. Jealousy seems to eat you up inside

Shen min is a fking joke, I saw it at the store the other day, how they can charge money for that garbage is beyond me, I can get more than that in a cheap one a day vitamin
»
» » the numbers percentage wise, with noticeable side effects naturals is
» WAY
» » WAY LOWER than propecia, DUT, Rogaine, etc etc etc
»
» I don't know about that. When I look at how much of an effort that you
» are putting into "inhibiting DHT," I cringe. Yours has got to be one of
» the unhealthiest regimens at Hairsite.

According to you , huh..............:-D :-D :-D

» »And I do not see any of the» »
» veterans following you down the path of erectile dysfunction and/or
» gynecomastia.

most guys on naturals have the opposite effect, INCREASED libido, dont believe me , then conduct a poll on the board

what veterans? there are no veterans on the board except me jacob and pete....as far as gyno who has gotten that. ONE GUY, gee thats a regular trend

he is probably a weak immune system, quick reactor, like you

he probably breaks out in hives when he eats chocolate

do you have to stay indoors because you are allergic to the world?

Now if you take the difficulty of hair loss prevention and regrowth, stopping your balding, etc, into account

Maintaining what you have is the easiest to accomplish

Then comes regrowth in thinning areas. this is much more difficult

Then we have regrowth in bald areas, this is possible , maybe in very very recently bald areas, but do not expect near the regrowth you get in areas that are just thinning

then we have regrowth in slick bald areas that have been that way for years. This is next to, if not totally impossible. Show me a regimen that has been shown to do this, I would love to see it.

Now here we have YOU, who cannot even accomplish maintaining what you have, the easiest of the 4 hair loss situations...............Calling guys who cannot achieve the impossible...........that is regrowing a slick bald area that has been that way for years...................Liars.

Anyone see the irony of a guy who cannot even maintain what he has, judging other guys regimens as good or bad? :-D :-D :-D

» so far it has..............9 yrs and my hair looks better than it did in

Funny how you keep repeating that "my hair has never looked better" nonsense, and then go out and add another DHT blocker to her prostate recipe or better yet, ask Hogan38 about Fish oil, or Widows about beta sitosterol, or me about resveratrol, or another poster about Nizoral. The reason is because you are still looking for something to work on those temples and that desert of a crown.

Just the facts, ma'am:

1. You have thinning temples, progressively getting worse. Mine could use some thickening too, but they are getting better day by day.

2. You have a bald crown. I do not.

Honestly, I can't decide if Hanging is a world-class fraud, or just an accomplished asshole.

He accuses people of being "bald/ shedding cry-babies" for not using a regimen - specifically his regimen. He resorts to childish name-calling opposed to substantive proof. His insults usually resort to drawn out arguments with older forum members... which usually results in a turn-about disclaimer where he admits his regimen isn't for everyone. Of course, hanging would never leave a debate with an apology... he usually attributes his regime's success rate on himself to his physical superiority.

... and of course, all his replies are neatly packaged with stacks of emoticons, childish insults, and poor grammar.
