I'm not the anti-dht warrior...but I guess if I were- what exactly is the most accurate dosage of each- for each individual? Notice there are quite a few "anti-dht" and other ingreds- maybe the higher dosages aren't needed because of that. Also notice they do say 3-6 tablets a day- so 6 would be doubling the amount listed.

not really, most of the amounts of the individual 5 ar inhibitors is low.........you really need to take them individually
the saw palmetto might not even be standardized in that supplement and it is 200mg i take 320 as should most guys
the pygeum is 50mg i take 10 times that amount............Rarely can you put decent amounts of things in multis like this.
However they sure stuff a lot of Bs and biotin and stuff in the Maxi Hair and other super hair vitamins, Bs seem to be easy to cram in , the dht blockers you will not see adequate amounts in the multis

When was it decided that 500 mg. of pygeum is more effective for hair loss sufferers? And if, as you imply, it is dose dependent, then why not just take 1000 mg., and get even better results.

show me where . on a website that says recommended dosage of pygeum is only 50mg
most websites say 100 to 200mg,
you know that more is not necessarily better.................but there are amounts which are better than others
saw palmetto in amounts over 320 mg per day has been shown to be a waste of money. however 320mg per day has been shown to be a good amount, this is for prostate health of course however I find it applies to hair loss also, at least in my case

actually now when i look on my pygeum Saw palmetto combo, i take it breaks it down where saw palmetto is 320mg and the pygeum is thrown into some combo that does not specify the amount of pygeum
you guys take whatever you want, some is better than none..........i could have sworn i was taking 500mg but since it is not broken down it is probably not a high amount or they would list it separately
now when i go to the vitacost website that product which i have in my shopping cart says. it is discontinued that sucks
however when browsing all their other pygeum products, the amounts seem to be 50 to 100mg per capsule so perhaps i was in error on this guys,
hangin is man enough to admit when he makes a mistake

Why would I be jealous you? I have hair on my crown. And I think some DHT blockers can be of some benefit, initially, anyway. But as has been stated before, posters have had sides with natural DHT blockers.

The point I'd make about the smaller amounts is that there's more than just the couple of ingreds someone like Hangin' uses. There are other "anti-dht" ingredients and/or those having some connection to prostate and or hair health. Including Swedish Flower Pollen .
