some observations about beta sis (All Natural, Supplements & Diet)

Lately i have been out of everything in my regimen waiting for a re shipment, i got the ultra hair in Manila which helps, but I do have some Beta sitosterol left and have been using that as my dht blocker , thats basically it for dht blocker

I have noticed a slow deterioration of the hair within the last month or so, and I will say that the hair seems to do better with pygeum nettles and Saw Palmetto, combination than it does with Beta Sis

Maxi Hair by Country Life 2/day
Kal Amino Max ..Chelated Multi Mineral..2/day

DHT blockers (daily intake)
Saw Palmetto, 320mg Standardized
Pygeum 500mg
Nettles 500mg
Beta Sitosterol 125mg
2% Nizoral Cream Topically Nightly,,,after Shampoo

I have posted a couple of times that this is a better combination:


SP works on DHT and Pygeum will work on Estradiol - hence you get hormonal balance!.

some observations about beta sis

In a comparable way, I seem to have better results with fin + nettle root than fin alone, given we remotely assimilate fin to SP in terms of nature of inhibition.
