This guy is NOT bald, nor does he have a massive receding hair line, probably half an inch of loss IF at all. Some people actually have natural hair lines that look exactly like this. IF he grew his hair, his hair would look pretty much like the before picture, longer hair would cover any recession of the hair line. whereas Matt is pretty much bald.

We only see a small fraction of the MPB that's occuring in Hollywood. Some celebs allow it to get worse than others before taking steps to hide it.

Sort of like breast implants. We all know people like Pamela Anderson and Anna Nicole Smith and Carmen Electra have gotten fake boobs. But that doesn't tell us anything about how much of an issue breast work is to actresses overall. We don't know about the TONS of other women who buy a set of fake boobs that aren't so corny and obvious.
