Anyone get oily skin (on face) after applying Rogaine? (Topicals)

Everytime I apply Rogaine foam, my skin starts to get oily. I makes sure to apply it carefully and I don't apply too much so that it runs onto my face. Anyone else experience this?

Swelling of the face can occur. But oily face is not mentioned in the list of side effects -
