is it ok to mix the various essential oils? (All Natural, Supplements & Diet)

Is it safe to mix several essential oils together and use? These are the ones i have in mind:

1) Arnica Montana
2) Clove oil
3) Lavender oil
4) Rosemary
5) Cedarwood
6) Tea Tree oil
7) Thyme

also, is it ok to mix all of these into a bottle of carrier oil and then use it from there? or do I need to mix it just before application?

This is about the mix I use. In rhum. This way I can use it everyday without washing. 1ml twice a day then massage or prick-stimulate my scalp then minox.

I do mine in rosemary, lavender, cedarwood and a carrier oil... just put it on after foam and leave on all day long...

The ingredients included in the Scottish Alopecia essential oil blend would be a good start.
