Maybe if you take it along with Beta sitosterol. How bad is your hair loss? Personally, I'd add in fish oil, hair vitamins, minoxidil and possibly propecia or avodart if you want to stop or slow bad hair loss.

depends on the person, SP is technically a very weak 5 AR inhibitor, and it works best when combined with others, pygeum nettles, pumpkin seed etc

however many guys do not respond to natural dht blockers , also some combine them with prop etc

beta sis is very powerful however i am not sure it works any better than the combo of the other ones
