Hate leads to more hairloss... for all of us.

No. I'm suggesting that the son of a successful businessman and president got the job because of his family history, regardless of how blatantly unqualified he was for it.

And I'm suggesting that a lot of Republican voters have been so f*cking stupid as to view him as a some kind of underdog compared to the media that's been attacking him for years. The media are flies buzzing around an elephant.

Do we need oil? Yes.

Does our current extreme level of oil dependence & virtual lack of alternative sources of energy make any sense? Hell No.

As for Orwell?

If you really don't think it has any relevance to the Bush #43 presidency at all, then I don't think you've actually read the book.

And when I said, "these people don't give a sh*t what keith Oberman says about them on late-night television"?

I wasn't talking about the public when I said "these people." I was talking about those in power.

Not being attacked since 9/11 is all these thugs have left to try to salvage their legacy of corruption, torture and death.

9/11 HAPPENED ON BUSH/CHENEY'S WATCH many months after Bush was "appointed".

This "Well, we haven't been attacked again" argument is like saying, "Well, I only burned your house down once. Isn't it a great accomplishment that I haven't done it again? Woo hoo for me! Bow down!"

Without reinventing themselves, the GOP is finished (except in the deep south, lol).

Coulter, Rush, Hannity, Palin.
These are your haters, I mean "leaders". Cough cough.

Coulter says Republicans lost this election because voters want "Republicans to be Republicans".
Lol. Palin Republicans? Bring it on.

Good luck with that Ann.

The reason it's hard to agree on something to impeach Bush over is not because he hasn't done impeachable things.

It's because he's done SO MANY different impeachable things, that the conversation always turns into a long debate about which is the most prosecutable one.

Bush Still Not Impeached??? -BS

hey whenever you and your bend over buddy bush finish sharing similar opinions, here are 10 reasons why bush should be impeached...

1. Violating the United Nations Charter by launching an illegal "War of Aggression" against Iraq without cause, using fraud to sell the war to Congress and the public, misusing government funds to begin bombing without Congressional authorization, and subjecting our military personnel to unnecessary harm, debilitating injuries, and deaths.

2. Violating U.S. and international law by authorizing the torture of thousands of captives, resulting in dozens of deaths, and keeping prisoners hidden from the International Committee of the Red Cross.

3. Violating the Constitution by arbitrarily detaining Americans, legal residents, and non-Americans, without due process, without charge, and without access to counsel.

4. Violating the Geneva Conventions by targeting civilians, journalists, hospitals, and ambulances, and using illegal weapons, including white phosphorous, depleted uranium, and a new type of napalm.

5. Violating U.S. law and the Constitution through widespread wiretapping of the phone calls and emails of Americans without a warrant.

6. Violating the Constitution by using "signing statements" to defy hundreds of laws passed by Congress.

7. Violating U.S. and state law by obstructing honest elections in 2000, 2002, 2004, and 2006.

8. Violating U.S. law by using paid propaganda and disinformation, selectively and misleadingly leaking classified information, and exposing the identity of a covert CIA operative working on sensitive WMD proliferation for political retribution.

9. Subverting the Constitution and abusing Presidential power by asserting a "Unitary Executive Theory" giving unlimited powers to the President, by obstructing efforts by Congress and the Courts to review and restrict Presidential actions, and by promoting and signing legislation negating the Bill of Rights and the Writ of Habeas Corpus.

10. Gross negligence in failing to assist New Orleans residents after Hurricane Katrina, in ignoring urgent warnings of an Al Qaeda attack prior to Sept. 11, 2001, and in increasing air pollution causing global warming.

If Bush had been forced to gather the money for the Iraq war from the public TODAY rather than put it off for a generation, then the Iraq war would have never started in the first place. Millions of the same people who furiously defend the war would have been screaming to end it/never start it for the last several years. Not all of them would be on the other side, but tens of millions would.

I guess having a couple thousand armed servicemen killed today is less important to the public than the money would be. Sad, but true.

Bush Still Not Impeached??? -BS

If you think everything is just dandy and all of Bush's actions were justified including the stolen seat into presidency and invasion of Iraq along with the phucked up economy we've been put in because of his 12 billion extra dollars going into iraq monthly then maybe you need to be impeached too or stick your head out of your @ss and see reality as it is ;-)

What's weak is your "google" obsession brother. I'll post your link so everyone can see just what a nut job Bush is. Lots of compelling stuff there. So tell me... which part of his statement is so radical? Like its totally impossible for a true Christian to believe that maybe God "created" evolution? Yeah hes totally pissing off his base just like you imply. Keep grasping for straws...maybe one day you'll get a long one.

US President George W. Bush said in an interview Monday that the Bible is "probably not" literally true and that a belief that God created the world is compatible with the theory of evolution.

"I think you can have both," Bush, who leaves office January 20, told ABC television, adding "You're getting me way out of my lane here. I'm just a simple president."

But "evolution is an interesting subject. I happen to believe that evolution doesn't fully explain the mystery of life," said the president, an outspoken Christian who often invokes God in his speeches.

"I think that God created the Earth, created the world; I think the creation of the world is so mysterious it requires something as large as an almighty and I don't think it's incompatible with the scientific proof that there is evolution," he told ABC television.

Asked whether the Bible was literally true, Bush replied: "Probably not. No, I'm not a literalist, but I think you can learn a lot from it."

"The important lesson is 'God sent a son,'" he said.

Yeah- you really want me to have respect for someone that does a complete flip-flop on his ideology.... just b/c things SEEMED politically more favorable to him on the other side, hence the timing for his support of Obama (Like that wasn't blatantly obvious). Sorry, cant do that. And please don't equate this to Lieberman. He always maintained his ideology, however, his party moved a little bit too far to the left for him to even take. By today's standards put forth by the loony Democrat party, I guarantee you even JFK himself would have jumped ship. So keep ROTFLYAO- it seems to be a ritual for you.

Dear Red States...

I'm not actually a Southerner. Neither is my family.

I'm just capable of understanding that times have not always been what they are today. And that when your life and culture has always been drastically different from what I'm personally familiar with, then your own beliefs and priorities can have evolved very differently too.

Maneless, by your reasoning, every German person who participated in the German military during WWII was also an evil imperialistic Jew-hating bigot on a personal level.

I just hope your mental processing is really not THIS simplistic.

But I suspect that maybe you can see German differently from the south. Lots of people are capable of understanding the real world when it comes to an unrelated foreign nation, but they're just incapable of seeing the american south on realistic terms when the same issues are applied. I guess it's more fun to attack the stereotype of racist white-trash hicks in white hoods burning crosses, and pat yourself on the back for being on the "right side" of history. It's more fun to carve out your personal view of history to prove yourself right than it is to try to understand why others feel so differently.

As for the crack about me equating slavery to eating a hamburger . . . I'm not even gonna dignify that with a response. You know perfectly well what I was really getting at with my original statement. Obviously you can't refute it.
