Scalp Massage revisted (All Natural, Supplements & Diet)

Its been some time since Ive posted here.

Im looking into scalp massages, a particular one infact.

Im interested to know what types of massages you folks do daily ?

Personally, I tap and press in circular motions with fingertips while I read or watch TV/PC. Usually for 20min, mostly on crown area.

I've heard brushing with a natural strand brush (back to front) while having your head lower than your heart helps (as in sitting down with your
head lowered a bit). But I don't actually do that one
(yet :-) )

Yep ive heard of both - they should help boost circulation.

Im working on my own version of scalp massage, one which aids Lymphatic drainage in the scalp area!

No scalp massage for me. I use a glass dropper whose tip I break up to obtain an indented section. I use this 2ce a day tapping my scalp after putting 1 ml of my essential oil mix. So my method is rather akin to dermarolling. Then I put minox.
