Hugh Laurie

That guy looks pretty whipped whether the hair's on or off.

It looks like he's a case of a transplanted front hairline and a piece behind it for the top. Maybe he did that on purpose, or maybe he got started on the HT trip with an over-aggressive transplant and then ran out of donor hair.

Either way he ended up as a HT/piece combo. It's a pretty effective combo if you're willing to make the commitment to the unworkable appearance any time the 'piece is off. A hairpiece is gonna be a much more convincing and lower-maintinence item when you don't ever have to sell the hairline area of it at all.

No HT here. Hugh Laurie has been on TV in the UK since the early to mid 80s. I first noticed a balding crown 8 or 9 years ago. But obviously, they didn't exactly focus the cameras on it, you just got a glimpse here and there.

It's just natural loss. Looks like his bald crown has expanded so he now only has the frontal hairline left. But, yeah. He must wear hair for "House."
