Question (Hair Replacement Systems)

How old where you when you started losing your hair ?

I started around 15-16,I some times wonder if I would have even cared if I went bald later in life. It's pretty traumatic for a teen to lose his hair.

Question

I was about 15 as well. It was devastating. It would not of been such a big deal had it happened later on in life.

Starting to lose your hair really young combined with an obsessive personality will really do you in.

Question

I was about 18/19 when i first noticed hair loss, only in the front 3rd though, im 30 now and still have the same amount of hairloss as when i was 18/19, the thing with losing hair at the front is that it APPEARS that you have lost more hair than you actually have.

15-16 years of age hairloss

I'm wondering about you guys that say that you've started losing hair around 15-16 years old if you guys were heavy shampoo users?

This has to be shampoo related.

I don't buy the hair transplant doctors' theory for one second that hair has a definite life span and then it dies. BS.

I refuse to believe that a teenager's hair has reached the end of it's life span around 15-16 years of age. Something is "causing" this hair loss.

No responses from my question? Why not?

Admit you over-dosed on shampoo and we can move forward.

bullshit.

and to others. i can imagine that this is pretty tough at this age. i started at 18-19 but first didnt want to realize it.

but then it hit hard.

now im over it at 23. :-) my hair has improved though due to treatments and its hardly noticable for a non-mpb-sufferer that i got hairloss. so its no big deal anymore for me :). i hope the best for you guys.

What no response to his comment? Why not?

Admit it, his hairs extremely sensitive to DHT and we can move forward.

How dumb can 1 man be?

The reason is simply the kicking in of hormones at puberty; this is clearly the major event at this age that for many of us initiates MPB.

If it was shampooing, why does it wait until 16 years of shampoo use for it to start to have an impact. Why don't people that are more sensitive to shampoo chemicals start to lose hair prior to puberty.

Dumb, dumb, dumb.
