i asked u before about the best combinattion of products to take and i told u i would ask again when i move to the states. well here i am

canu give me a list of the products and where to find them?
i have seen on hairsite in the section of topicals an explanation of the four elements needed :
1.DHT Antagonist
2.Hair Growth Stimulant
3.Anti-inflammatory
4.Androgen Receptor Blocker

Is that true?

iwanted to try saw palmetto , under what element is it categorized?
also wanted to use rogaine foam, under what element is it categorized?
and can they be used together ? chemical reaction?
what other stuff should i use to complete the list and any additional suggestions?
and do u know anything about dr. rezacks products on the website? has anyone tried them? are they useful?

all i can comment on is what is in my regimen

the regimen is a strong hair vitamin mineral for hair health
and several dht blockers or 5 AR inhibitors.......saw palmetto etc, are listed in my sig

those can most all be found in large vitamin store health food store type places, GNC, etc

if you get saw palmetto try to find STANDARDIZED, that is good for all the dht blockers, it means the dosage has been measured. GNC carries this

Maxi hair can be found on vitacost.com and most online vit stores and most large vitamin stores and large health food stores, it is a large brand Country Life is..............

as for the anti inflammatory i am no expert on those

yes both are. ask for nettle root if you can find it, the dosages are not that important i am not sure if i even posted the correct dosage. As long as you are taking it you can experiment with dosage
