Saw Palmetto Sides Effects (All Natural, Supplements & Diet)

I just bought a bottle of Saw Palmetto from Vitamin World.. it is standardized with 85 Fatty Acids..350mg in each liquid capsule...I never got a shed from propecia or sides that lasted for more than a month..never shed though...i was a good responder...should i expect any sides from SP? I heard some people were on it and got bad sheds or erectile probs...im just a lil scared...i am using this with propecia....propecia when i wake up...Saw Palmetto after dinner....i just want to thicken up the hair i lost last year and thicken up my hair line...any advice suggestions??

I have been taking daily supplements of 360 mg Saw Palmetto for many years with zero side effects.
I have had no erectile issues with it at all. I can still lift a bucket. :-D

BTW... if you Google Saw Palmetto you will find out that it used to be prescribed as an aphrodisiac.

Of course you could ask our resident supplement expert Hanging for his valuable opinion.

No Propecia here...no drugs at all.

I currently use Saw Palmetto, Maca, Multi-vitamin/mineral, Biotin and daily scalp brushing/massage.

And...NO SHAMPOO AT ALL...WATER ONLY

I also take other supplements for general health.

Shampoo is extremely harmful to follicles and causes damage to the scalp.
Most shampoo contains Quaterium-15...which is EMBALMING FLUID. (I know you didn't know this)

1. Go ahead...look at most "off the shelf" shampoos and you will see Quaterium-15 listed in the ingredients.

2. Google Quaterium-15 for yourself because I know you aren't smart enough to believe me.

Keep shampooing like the forum idiot you are known to be and continue losing hair like you are.

If you read between between the lines of some of the things people are using they have one common theme - they improve your lipid profile. This will slow the upregulation associated with hairloss:

choline, Garlic, Plant sterols,B3,Coq10,
taurine,fish oil, gla,lecithin,pantothenic acid,niacin

Anything that helps to slow insulin spikes will also help.
