When is the optimum time to apply topical tacro... (immune-suppressant). It is something you don't want to put own long-term because of cancer worries. I assume it is post wounding.

My theory is and I stress that it is ONLY a theory, that you apply when the scabs begin to fall off. The wound should be physically untouched by anything except your pillow until then. That's probably where I went wrong with my last one.
