It appears that the Armani camp is trying to send a strong message that they are officially a FUE clinic and they no longer do strips, almost all the spam, I meant posts, are fue results.

lol, easy tiger, it s good to see armani being so open about his fue results but u gotta admit that this s becoming like flavor of the month for this board all over again, at one time it was all about woods, then all about arvind, all about umar,.. there s noting wrong with that except sometimes it backfires when u have too much exposure too sudden,

I fully agree with hairwheriwantit. No one is telling you guys to look at the threads by Pats205. This site is used by many people who are nervous and unsure about hair transplants and where go to go get surgery which is a big thing. Posts like these are helpful and warranted...people want to see good results. I think people should just stop going on about spamming and conspiracy and remember why people are on here in the first place. I know posts like this helped me in deciding n Dr.Armani and I have never been disappointed with my decision.

We want more photos and more transparency, don't post only the good ones, post everything good or bad, add a wet shot and a video if possible, we can't always meet the patient in person so the more we can see via photos/video the better.

I agree with you reiner videos would be great, but I can see it already, some of the guys here will be claiming trick photography and who knows what else.
In the end how the Drs market there product matters. But I much prefer most of these Drs resources going into giving better transplants rather than having to hire ten more people to have a movie studio style thing going. But thats not my area of expertise. Maybe with the internet its not that costly these days to progress to video format etc.

Well if all the Drs post 100s of pics doesnt the backfire become all of us here doing our research being able to form a better opinion.
In Pats 8000 plus grafts thread he failed to post an above view shot of the patients grown out results and was accused of misleading marketing for not posting enough pictures. So it seems there will always be someone not happy with something here.
I think its much better having the chance to click on many threads with many photo examples of Fue and strip, rather than the old days when you had to search and search for results to look at.
Wouldnt the solution for those who dont like a particular Dr, or the fact that sometimes one Dr has more results shown simply be not to click on the thread at all and move to the other particular Drs/threads they prefer to view, plug or defend etc. I think it will be the nature of the business that at different times more work will be shown by one Dr sometimes and by others at other times. Since getting a transplant myself I always come to this thread hoping to see more pics posted, as you then can have a comparison to judge your progress, and also see what to possibly expect in the future from seeing the after results from similar patients to you or those that have had similar amounts of grafts to you. I didnt get a transplant for years simply because there wasnt enough grown out results for me to feel comfortable getting fue, and I never wanted to get strip and risk the scar.
As the saying goes, a picture tells a thousand words, so thanks Pat for the so called spamming.))

Well I can say I had a terrible Strip job by Bosely 8 years ago in College, I had a great "Strip" procedure with Armani which gave me great results. I go in December 1st to fill in some spots that continue to thin over the years, at 31 I am very happy with my hairline and armani's work. I will have pics in the coming months of my fue procedure.

I think the result looks kind of low for that number of grafts invested.

But artistically, I'm impressed that the final result has such density and consistency throughout the transplanted area. From the before pics, he looked like he was real risk of producing an uneven spotty result when the hair is cut down as short as in the final pics. Especially considering the potential for unpredictable shockloss in his starting condition.

	I think the result looks kind of low for that number of grafts invested. But artistically, I'm impressed that the final result has such density and consistency throughout the transplanted area. From the before pics, he looked like he was real risk of producing an uneven spotty result when the hair is cut down as short as in the final pics.
