So Baccy: No updated pix? (Hair Multiplication & Research) |
I've been reading threads that seem to state you've made significant progress, but your personal journal only has one entry. Can you clarify what progress you've seen, brother?

Last attempt with new protocol was a failure. Not worth posting pics.
I applied a topical immediately after wounding. Any topicals should only be applied after the scabs begin to fall.

As I've said, I'm not a doctor. None of us on here can be sure and probably Cotsy himself isn't even sure at this point. We can only surmise. I got no results this time and if anything, it seems to have slightly retarded the growth I gained last time.

Do you think that's because the new follicles hadn't had long enough to migrate to a depth where they couldn't be damaged.

I've noticed that some of the depilation products I've been looking at seem to suggest that treatment is effective for about 4 weeks...
this makes me wonder if we should not consider it unsurprising that the depilated follicles have not started to produce new hairs yet...

I really don't know. One thing I'm pretty sure about. It was the wrong thing to do to apply topicals immediately.

I hope you're right but most of the follicles ARE producing hair and have been for some time. But there just doesn't seem as much and it doesn't seem to grow as long.

May I suggest a couple of things?
1. Your first experiment was pretty successful because you regrew hair. Why didn't you try the exact same treatment again to see if it will produce hair a second time? This could answer one of the big questions that we all have: Will the treatment work multiple times?
2. How many variables have you changed in your second experiment compared to your first? I suggest that you change just one variable at a time so you can make a clear judgement of whether or not it benefits the treatment.

changing the procedure from the first to the second try, is nuts
if it aint broke dont fix it
thats like having a successful delicious recipe in a restaurant that the customers raved about , and changing the recipe and expecting the same response from the customers
remember new coke?

I wholeheartedly agree! Please consider these points Baccy!
It is our best shot at steady progress!
