Aspirin and Hair Growth (Propecia, Avodart, Spiro, DHT & hormones ...)

I just read that someone regrew a lot of hair by taking blood thinners after a surgery...he has MPB and after his surgery he was prescribed to take some blood thinner..in surprise he regrew lilke 50% of his hair back from when he was 20 yrs old...he is 26 and regrew 50% of his hair loss!!!!! Has anyone ever tried taking aspirin like every other day? does this work?

There are no case reports available on aspirin promoting hair growth.
Hair growth is not mentioned even in the rare side effects list of aspirin.
