10 months post-op - 2.5 guard buzz (Hair Transplant)

just got a haircut today - had my hair buzzed down with a #2.5 guard on the sides and back - it's very short on top too (scissor cut). not sure I'll buzz down this low again. under the right lighting conditions I can make out my strip scars - I can't see any evidence of any of the FIT extractions. I'm sure the grafts placed in the scars in the last 2 FIT procedures has helped some with strip scars. i'll probably stick with a #3 or higher guard cuts in the future. most of the pictures are of the donor - I also tried to show the donor under different lighting as well... anyways, attached are 10 month post-op picts.

HT history - 5 procedures w/ Dr. Cole - 3 strip, 2 FIT totaling 8300+ grafts

I still can't get over your transformation.. amazing.

I had a quick question for you wassup.
Originally it appeared that the rest of your hair was on the way out.
do you think this hair is a lot thinner and what we are seeing in the back is a result of HT or do you think this hair stuck around (stabilized)?

I can say from my own results that my original hair is thinning out while I get HTs so I'm going to have to go back and fill these areas in as well.

You're looking good! And you have the best pictures ever! How many pictures do you think you've taken of your progress? Your contribution to educating the public about what hair transplants can do is admirable. Great job! Thank you so much!

BHT was used to "soften" my former HT hairline that was made up of larger grafts.
At the ISHRS 2007convention, 12 docs from 10 countries, many techs and one famous forum moderator
acknowledged the BHT growth. Click the link for more about my case.

schmoe - many thanks... I think most of that it transplanted hair. My hair continued to thin out after HT #1 - I didn't get on any meds until priot to HT #3. If I remember correctly I had hair placed there in HT's #1, 3, 4 and 5. Below is a pict pre-op HT #2.

thanks Jessica - not sure how many pictures I've taken all together - probably in the thousands. I did notice in my FIT gallery at forhair.com that I've posted around 700 from the last 2 FIT procedures...
