Massage the Scalp for Hair Growth (Hair Loss Supplements)

Your scalp can greatly benefit from regular massage. Massaging your scalp for 5 minutes a day can make your hair stronger, thicker, and grow in faster. Massage stimulates your scalp's blood supply which in turn helps feed the hair follicles. Scalp massage is a great stress reducer. It is extremely relaxing, calming, and helps relieve headaches and migraines. Less stress means healthy and beautiful hair. While massaging use the pads of your fingers and never use your nails. The kneading pressure applied due to massage warms the skin and opens up blood vessels to increase flow and boost circulation. Increased circulation means that the cells of the hair follicle will receive more of the nutrients necessary to optimal hair growth function.

You can choose to do it dry, or use Lass Henna Nourishing Herbal Hair Oil to assist you. You can even do it while you are shampooing with IHT 9 Hair Loss Shampoo. Apply oil liberally over scalp. Spread your fingers apart and place them firmly on your head. Start from the forehead hairline along the arteries in the front, side, and back of the head while making small circles with your fingertips.:-D

I believe this is true. On our hair growth treatment we massage the head to improve the circulation of the blood because it promotes hair growth aside from the essence that we applied on my scalp.

Massage the Scalp for Hair Growth

It's funny, I never considered this! I've been searching for medical treatments, laser treatments, and supplements that could help, but never thought about massage. At this point, I will try anything. I'm 54 and experiencing women's hair loss due to menopause. It's really hard as my self esteem is really suffering; I hope something works soon.

Massage the Scalp for Hair Growth

I also have itchy scalp before at the same time my hair is dropping. I got paranoid for treatment and tried many things then it got worse. I read from a website about natural treatment so I started research and found out about herbal hair detox treatment. I tried their herbal hair detox but at first I was hesitant because its my first time to use herbs. Upon a few treatments I saw good results. My itchy scalp is gone and my scalp is clearer at the same time I can see new hair growing. I learned from them the cause of my itchy scalp and hair dropping is because of excess oil on my scalp and that some chemicals from shampoos I used clogged my hair follicles. So the too much oil on scalp causes dandruff and itchy scalp, and clogged hair follicles with chemicals makes the follicles weak that is why it don't have enough strength to hold the hair strand so it drops.

Massage the Scalp for Hair Growth

I completely agree. One of my coworkers told me about the massaging of the scalp and i have been doing it regularly now. It really helps to stimulate the pores in my scalp. I also find that massaging with tea tree oil to nourish my scalp as well. I've been told tea tree oil has an effect on hair growth but I am waiting to see results its only been 2 weeks. Its good to see that other people are trying this method of massaging the scalp as well.
