from what lengths can you use toppik ??? (Cosmetic Thickener & Volumizer)

or something like that?

my hair is now 3 mm long on top. in 3 weeks it will be about more than 1 cm or an inch long.

so when could i start using toppik if it looks too bad?

I'd use dermatch instead. At that length IMO it will look better. In my experience toppik looks too chalky, especially in the sun.
