Great this proves? that your regimen works on hair loss
right>?
Not exactly
If it worked as you say it does you would happily post pictures,
and as we all can see
that is something you are deathly afraid of
Why?
There can be only one reason
You lied and you have no results worth letting other people take a look at

Relevant to the discourse on inflammation. In the product description of Capsures, an Italian hair loss product consisting of curcumin, resveratrol, vitamin C, vitamin E, and capsaicin, it states that (computer translated from Italian to English):
"The inflammation is, for some authors, the element that causes hair loss, and it is likely that the action of the components of CAPSURES is to heal and stop being predominantly neurogenic inflammation. It should be pointed out that resveratrol is a powerful antibacterial, antifungal, antiviral.
It's definitely still obscure the action of CAPSURES on the arrest of the fall and hair regrowth. And the action of the prevailing capsacinoide (capsaicin, curcumin) may be either an agonist or antagonist of the type of sensory fibers. However, the function of these on the regulation of inflammation is still obscure, it is likely that an exogenous stimulus such as the administration of curcumin and capsaicin on sensory fibers do summarize the control of an inflammatory process is no longer regulated by the control of these. The role of resveratrol may also be crucial in resolving the inflammatory process, whereas capsaicin and curcumin may increase the concentration of resveratrol tissue.
CAPSURES effect on psoriasis could validate this hypothesis, knowing that psoriasis has a high content of substance P. 1 immunological mechanisms related to neuropeptides sensors are still obscure, it is likely that the three components (curcumin, resveratrol, capsaicin) probably act at several sites of inflammation, with a synergistic mechanism.
A major emphasis is clear from our experience hair regrowth in patients with age-related baldness. It's likely that this phenomenon is due to the stimulus on stem cells. It then opens a new chapter in the treatment of age-related diseases."

There are a few minerals that are required for hair loss treatment. Trace Mineral Silica is the most important mineral for healthy and beautiful hair. Include oats, barley, millet and whole wheat to your diet. A certain kind of iodine is very important for combating hair loss.

Capsures (curcumin/resveratrol supplement)
|
Capsaicin
derived from capsicum annum, it desensitizes the primary sensory nerves, which makes for a long-lasting reversible suppression of sensory nerve activity. It is dependent on dosage, time of exposure, and the interval between consecutive doses.
Curcumine
derived from the plant curcuma longa, it reaches high concentrations in the skin, especially in the nail bed. It acts as an anti-inflammatory agent by inhibiting the tumor necrosis factor as well as Cox 1 and Cox 2; this results in the inhibition of prostaglandins synthesis.
Resveratrol
derived from poligonum cuspidatum, it is a potent antioxidant agent with an anti-inflammatory power. At skin-level, it has been reported to reverse signs of aging as well as aid in the prevention of skin cancer. Like the curcumine, resveratrol reduces serum cholesterol.

After many experiments including things from your and Hanging's regimen I am currently taking:
- resveratrol & curcumin every other day
- saw palmetto/pygeum on a dialy basis
- no pill supplements for vitamins/minerals but oily fish nearly every day, seaweeds (good for iodine, vitamins and magnesium), kefir instead of milk
- scalp very sensitive so using a ginger natural shampoo and clean scalp with an apple vinager/water mix once a week 10 minutes before shampoo.
It's worth to mention that I am on a gluten-free regimen (I have developed some kinda allergy to gluten over the last few years) since I started to test some of the items listed above so it could have affected results. I also take hyaluronic acid but it's more for joins (and as a added-value an excellent anti-ageing)
As a result no further hair loss and some apparent (but small) amount of regrowth. Nothing to report in any scientific review, but close friends & relatives have noticed a difference and have asked me what i did to have such results (yeah looks like a good coverage on top, receeding but that suits me). So many thanks to the gents posting useful stuff on the natural forum.
Regards
LL.

LL, nice to read about your success. Also consider adding a pinch of cayenne pepper to your curcumin-resveratrol combination.
May you continue to grow !
