Hair Loss

	Hey guys im 35 years old , have very fine hair but A lot it. They way i keep my hair you cant really tell i have a problem unless you start to analyze. I was on propecia from 22 to about 32. I got off because after many blood tests over those years my estrogen was always through the roof. For about 2 years after i just used Minox and Nizoral or revita shampoo. Im very into the workout scense and run an occasional steriod cycle. Ive gotten away with a few cycles and didnt experience much of any loss. Recently ive started shedding like a dog in heat but about 5 months ago i started a new regimine that is pretty much all from MPB research. Here is what i take now.. Curcumin and resveratrol from LEF. Grean tea fron LEF. Ultra Natural Prostate Formula from LEF Tocotrienols From LEF but just ordered TOCO8 Theaflavin "black tea" from LEF Zinc and Boitin 5000mcg "for shedding. Taurine 1000mg Shampoo I still use Niz 2% and revita. I use 15% Minox at night and 5 in the morning that I forget alot. I put Spiro in my thinning Areas after Minox at night only and also throw some EMU oil in there. Just recently i started to take .25mg of Finasteride again to see how that dose works. I would dump the zinc and biotin and replace it with 1. Maxi Hair by Country Life 2. Kal Amino Max (minerals) How is your hair doing now? 	Hey man, I've been looking over my time line I think the LEF curcumin started this shed. I've seen many other posts with extreme sheds. I just bought jarrow formula that most seem to handle. I looked at when I bought the LEF and when this sudden shed started and it was the same time. I've only recently added the spiro and the .25 mg when this shed started. If it stops here in the next few weeks with the new curcumin I'll know what it was and perhaps stop the fina and prostate formula. I don't like using the prostate running gear because it down regulates AR making the gear less effective. So I may do away with that and stick to the others. 	Yes, more than likely it is the LEF curcumin. Many reported a shed while using this product. From what I've read and experienced, brands like Jarrows, Paradise Herbs, Meriva, and Now do not seem to have this effect on users.
