Yes, i've used it and it works well and is cheap. It's hard to find online though. The Regaine hair foam was very good and smelled nice but it is discontinued i think.

I used to use L'Oreal shampoos quite often. Quite frankly I found that they did more harm than good. Look into Origenere products, they have worked great for me thus far.
