I totally feel what you are saying man.
You don’t owe anyone here ANY explanations.At the end of the day,if you are happy with Dr Umar’s work then that’s all that really matters. Surgery isn’t even an option for me so be very happy that you have some chance of regaining your life.
All we can do is hope that ICX has some major news for us in Sept/Oct.

I’ve never kept it a secret that I have become the world’s biggest loser. BUT, I also have never kept it a secret that if ICX announces that HM will available to the public soon, the world will see a come back like no other. Once repaired, I will return myself to my former glory. I will become even more powerful & wealthier then I was before. I was young, arrogant & dumb back then, I wasted allot of money of material positions. I had very little value for life. This time, I will spend my wealth on guys like us. I vow to personally pay for butchered patients to be repaired by hm.
All I need is to repair myself, I’ll get my old job back, 1-2 years of wheeling & dealing on the market & I will have enough cash to comfortably help people like us.
MPB, my hand will be extended to you too.
I hope I have the chance to do this.
I will be the Oscar Schindler of the hair transplant industry.
