Rebuilding the hairline of hp users is a common indicatin for hair transplantation. A missing temple point in the advent of a full hairline imparted by a HP is of the tell tale evidence of HP use.

In some individuals there just isn"t enough head donor to meet the need. I have used BHT for this purpose successfully in the past (the forum member "praying" is one instance). Mpb's result at 5 months is consistent with our expectations given the density of the implantations. At the 9-12 month mark it would be decided if a second pass to add density would be necessary.

The strip scar has also shown some improvement as a result of BHT.
