The ratio, whether in the whole donor area or just within 1 cm² - the ratio is practically always the same. You can always count anywhere between 5 and 15% of the hairs are in the telogen phase. So you will ALWAYS have a loss of anywhere between 5 to 15%. The same for every procedure you have - but the ratio is even after 6 procedures always the same.

In simple words, after about 5 to 6 procedures and lets say they could extract all in all 10,000 HST grafts - about 15% of them (1500) will not regrow. The ratio is of course always the same. This means, you will have about 1500 hairless gaps in your donor thereafter. That's the reality. But you will surely NOT have 10,000 hairless gaps as with conventional FUE. So the reality is that HST is NOT a limitless procedure. You only can EXPAND the number/amount of your existing hairs - without a big loss of hairs in your donor area thereafter.
