You lose 15% in donor area BUT you gain hair in recepient area.
If keep repeating procedure over and over again you will end up with more hairs then you were born with.

Donor loss can be filled with newly created hair from the top.

Thats in theory but im sure everyone can have 10 000 grafts transplanted with the loss of ONLY 1500-2000 grafs which every NW6 or 7 has.

bottom line is that nw7 shd be able to get good coverage. simple math,
basicaly you trading 15 hairs for 100 every time you do procedure, results in +85 hairs gained.
