» Sorry, I can't tell much difference, both look almost identical to me, HST

But how much "a bit thinner" exactly would you estimate, if you compare it concerning the "key atoms"?

As you can see, it's exactly those "bit thinner" what you can see with your eyes as "a bit thinner" or "somewhat smaller" in the circle diameter (cross section view) if you simply cut off those essential "atoms" at one border of every hair follicle - it's finally those part of every follicle which is left behind in the skin/donor.

So Gho just "splits" longitudinally (along the hair shafts) the "key atoms" of every follicle - that's all. It is almost identical to (incomplete and not completely) peeling a banana along the banana flesh - but just at one side as shown in the pic below...

What the hell is so complicated? Gho just splits the whole number of all essential cells within every single anagen hair follicle - that's all. As you can see in the pic (or try it yourself with a real banana) there are also always parts of the banana flesh (=outer root sheath parts) attached to the banana shell and not just the pure banana shell (=dermal sheath).

You guys should ask experts like Dr. C. Jahoda, or Dr. E. Fuchs or Dr. G. Cotsarelis what happens if someone splits follicles in such a way as explained above - and not hair follicle atomical idiots, who get excited when they are able to transplant the whole number of hair follicle cells from A to B.
