Exactly, that was my first reaction when I saw the photos, I don't understand why everybody is so excited about the photos. The photos only show small improvement, they remind me so much of the PRP or Acell photos we saw from Hitzig, only marginally better and can't really tell if it was simply the lighting or something else.
