» No clue what that means, can somebody help me out please?
» hair count: what the hell is that? they counted the hair on the subject's

» so the + 62% means what? that if she had 100 hair on that area/head now she
» has 162 hair? or what?
»
» Terminal hair: same deal as the above, just an area? and what does the

»
» Thickness: What is this? a hair? all hair? meaning, they know that on
» average all the hair on the head/area are thicker than before? I don't even

I'm not sure why "Hair Count" and "Terminal Hair" are different.

But here's what might be very interesting.

In the stronger of the two sets of responses you quoted, terminal hair was up almost 80%, and thickness was up just under 59%.

I wonder if that translates into the following:

Say you have only 100 terminal hairs in an area before being treated with Histogen.

Ater Histogen, you'd have 100 + 80 = 180 terminal hairs.

If after treatment the average thickness of the hair is also up 59%, then 59% of 180 = 106.2. So the overall coverage would be equivalent to having 180 +106 = 286 hairs of the original, before treatment thickness.

since before treatment there were only 100 skinny hairs, and after treatment you have the equivalent coverage of 286 skinny hairs, then the cosmetic improvement would be an astonishing 2.86 more coverage, nearly three times the coverage before treatment.

And possibly it may improve further as more time passes and/or on being given further treatments.
