Before Surgery:

• Patient previously underwent scalp reduction, punch grafting and strip harvesting
• Coverage remained thin and receding hairline did not appear natural
• Obvious scarring resulted from these surgeries, in addition to a diminished scalp donor source
• Patient desired global density, a full hairline, and the scarring concealed

Surgery:

• Goals: create global coverage, fill in hairline and give a natural appearance, fill scars
• 6500 FUE grafts: hair transplant repair done with partial body hair transplant. Beard, head, and nape hairs all used—head and beard for density and scarring, nape for hairline.

Head and Nape = 2500
Beard = 4000

Surgery Results:
