I, too, have been reading these forums for over a decade and I have never once heard anything close to a positive comment about Fleming and/or Mayer. They are the morons that perform the Fleming/Mayer Flap that has probably disfigured quite a few patients. They should not be allowed to practice "hair" procedures.
