Going to mars and finding the higgs bosson is much easier than curing baldness.

We have the entire framework of the higgs bosson the entire theory and what properties should a particle like that have. We have everything but we just have to "detect" it to prove the world that it does in fact exist.

What they are doing at cern is prehistoric BS. It isn't complicated at all, they're simply colliding particles with increasing energy put detectors around and try to find the higgs bosson after a computer analysis. If that doesn't work put more energy and build the accelerator as the size of a country, using bigger magnetic fields to increase the energy and increase the detector's sensibility.

If that doesn't work, increase the above x10 x100 x1000...and so on.

You can understand all their crap by reading Griffith's particle physics introductory book.

You can do their experiment at home if you have enough energy.
Getting to mars is easier as well.


that's all there is to finding the higgs bosson and getting to Mars: colliding crap and giving more energy to your other crap.

Baldness is much much complicated, you can have the energy of a thousand suns and that will not help you at all because we simply don't know sh1t about baldness as well as any disease for that matter. That's why we haven't cured sh1t.

Biology>physics. Much more complicated and mysterious in terms of applications, trust me on this.
