This is a very good result by any standard and your strip scars are as one would hope (irrelevant at a reasonable hair length). The patient must be over the moon.

Was the crown covered? Without birds eye view, many pics like this have hidden a completely bald crown. This is not a criticism of the quality of the transplant which is good even with a bald or much thinner crown. It is a criticism of the guy who is in charge of your photographic strategy who should be fired.
