Dr Rogers Hairline transplant in 1997 (Hair Transplant)

I've seen hair lines like this before. Its not terrible, but it is a little pluggy.

The two options for repair are to:
Take out the plugs, divide them, and redistribute them.
Place more hair into the hair line in front of the plugs to keep their density, but disguise them.
